Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card. You get full access to the Starter plan features. Add a card any time during the trial to switch to Growth or annual billing.

Can you migrate us from Linnworks / ShipStation / Veeqo?

Yes. We have free 1-on-1 migration support for teams switching from another platform. Most teams onboard in under a day with our migration playbooks.

Do you charge per channel or per warehouse?

No. Pricing is by order volume — you can connect unlimited channels on Growth, unlimited warehouses on Enterprise.

Where is my data stored?

EU/UK only — AWS Frankfurt and London regions. GDPR-compliant. We're working towards SOC 2 Type II (Q4 2026) and ISO 27001 (2027).

Can I get a custom integration built?

For Enterprise customers, yes — we have a partner integrations team. For everyone else, our REST API is fully open and we have a community Slack for builders.

What if I'm a non-UK seller?

Huup is used across the UK, EU and US. We support 20+ marketplaces, multi-currency and multi-country VAT. Our team covers UK, TR and DE timezones natively, with 24/7 cover on Enterprise.
