● Accounting integration Sales invoices, credit notes, customers and products post straight into Xero. Your VAT status and tax rates are read from your organisation, so the codes on each line are mapped, not guessed.
Multichannel sellers lose days a month reconciling channel payouts against invoices typed in by hand. Huup already holds the order, the customer and the tax treatment, so it posts the document instead of exporting a file for you to fix.
On connect Huup reads your organisation country, VAT registration status, active tax rates and chart of accounts. Nothing about your tax treatment is assumed or written into our code.
Orders from every channel you sell on post to Xero as they complete. Returns post as credit notes. No export, no re-import, no spreadsheet in between.
Authorise once in Xero and you are done. Tokens are stored encrypted and refreshed automatically, so you are not pasting keys or reconnecting every month.
Sales, returns, contacts and items, mapped to the accounts and rates already set up in your organisation.
Every completed order posts as a Xero sales invoice with line items, quantities, unit prices and the customer attached.
A return is its own document, not an edit to the original invoice. Huup raises a credit note dated on the return, carrying the original invoice’s tax treatment.
Buyers are matched to an existing Xero contact or created once, so the same person buying on two channels does not become two records.
SKUs map to Xero items with their sales and purchase accounts, so revenue and cost of goods land in the nominal codes you already use.
If your organisation is not VAT registered, every line posts as NONE. Huup never applies a rate you have no right to charge.
Huup maps to the rate that plays the role: domestic standard, reduced, zero-rated export, exempt. It does not map to a hardcoded code name, so rates you added yourself are picked up too.
Books, children’s clothing and most food are zero-rated in the UK. Set the rate on the product and Huup uses it instead of the country default.
Sales, cost of goods sold and inventory accounts are read from your chart of accounts at connect and shown for you to confirm before anything posts.
Xero runs organisations in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the US. Huup reads the region’s tax model on connect rather than assuming UK rules.
eBay, Amazon, Shopify, OnBuy, Etsy and your webshop post into the same Xero organisation, each line tagged with the channel it came from.
Xero access tokens last 30 minutes and refresh tokens 60 days. Huup refreshes on a schedule and again before each call, so a quiet month does not break the connection.
If your Xero login has more than one organisation, you choose which one Huup posts to during authorisation.
No keys to copy and nothing to configure. Authorise in Xero and Huup works out the tax rates and accounts to use from your own organisation. The next completed order posts.
