QuickBooks
integration.

Invoices, credit memos, customers and items post straight into QuickBooks Online. Your region’s tax model is read from the company, and in the US the sales tax calculation stays where it belongs.

● No card required ● Connect once ● Automated Sales Tax aware
● Why post from Huup

Bookkeeping that keeps up with sales.

Multichannel sellers lose days a month reconciling channel payouts against invoices typed in by hand. Huup already holds the order, the customer and the tax treatment, so it posts the document instead of exporting a file for you to fix.

Read, not guessed

Your company setup comes from QuickBooks

On connect Huup reads the company region, its tax codes and the chart of accounts. UK companies get VAT codes, US companies get QuickBooks sales tax. Neither is written into our code.

One workspace

No CSV export at month end

Orders from every channel you sell on post to QuickBooks as they complete. Returns post as credit memos. No export, no re-import, no spreadsheet in between.

Native OAuth

Connect it once and forget it

You sign in to QuickBooks, pick the company, and that is the last time you think about it. No keys to copy, no quarterly reconnect, nothing to renew.

● What Huup posts to QuickBooks

Invoices, credit memos and the right tax code.

Sales, returns, customers and items, mapped to the accounts and tax codes already set up in your company.

Sales Orders become invoices

Every completed order posts as a QuickBooks invoice with line items, quantities, unit prices and the customer attached.

Returns Returns become credit memos

A return is its own document, not an edit to the original invoice. Huup raises a credit memo dated on the return, carrying the original invoice’s tax treatment.

Customers Buyers sync as customers

Buyers are matched to an existing QuickBooks customer or created once, so the same person buying on two channels does not become two records.

Items Products sync as items

SKUs map to QuickBooks items with their income and expense accounts, and quantity tracking where you use it.

Sales tax US sales tax stays with QuickBooks

QuickBooks Automated Sales Tax handles nexus, state and local rates. Huup sends the addresses and lets QuickBooks calculate, so nothing is taxed twice.

VAT UK and EU VAT mapped by role

For VAT companies Huup maps to the code that plays the role: standard, reduced, zero-rated export, exempt. The codes are read from your company rather than hardcoded.

VAT Per-product overrides

Books, children’s clothing and most food are zero-rated in the UK. Set the rate on the product and Huup uses it instead of the country default.

Accounts Ledger account mapping

Income, cost of goods sold and inventory accounts are read from your chart of accounts at connect and shown for you to confirm before anything posts.

Regions US, UK, Canada, Australia, India

QuickBooks Online runs different tax models per region. Huup reads which one your company uses on connect instead of assuming.

Multi-channel Every channel, one ledger

eBay, Amazon, Shopify, OnBuy, Etsy and your webshop post into the same QuickBooks company, each line tagged with the channel it came from.

Reliability It does not quietly stop

The connection keeps itself alive, including through a quiet month with no sales. If it ever does break, Huup tells you rather than letting the ledger go stale without a word.

Setup Pick the company you post to

If your Intuit login has more than one company, you choose which one Huup posts to during authorisation.

● Three steps

Connected in a couple of minutes.

No keys to copy and nothing to configure. Authorise with Intuit and Huup works out the tax codes and accounts to use from your own company. The next completed order posts.
