Operations is a product.
Most ops tools are spreadsheets in disguise. We treat pick paths, repricing rules and channel policies like first-class product surfaces — designed, measured, iterated.
Huup is the operations backbone for high-volume commerce — one product graph, one inbox, one place to plan, price, pick and pack. Made by sellers, for sellers.
Huup started in a small office in East London, two streets from where its founders used to run a multi-channel parts retailer. For years they were customers of every "stitch your stack together" tool on the market — Linnworks for orders, ShipStation for labels, half a dozen Google Sheets for purchasing, and a tired developer keeping the duct tape together.
In late 2024 they decided the duct tape needed to be a product. Huup is what that team wishes they'd had: one source of truth for listings, stock, orders, suppliers and messaging — designed for the 50–500 SKU brands that have outgrown plugins but aren't ready to live inside an ERP.
Most ops tools are spreadsheets in disguise. We treat pick paths, repricing rules and channel policies like first-class product surfaces — designed, measured, iterated.
We don't ship chatbots that pretend to be your team. Huup AI drafts, suggests, summarises — your operators decide. Every action is auditable, every override learned from.
Open APIs, open webhooks, open data exports. If you want to leave, you can. That keeps us honest and keeps your business portable.
We're a small team and we like it that way. Senior, hands-on, customer-facing — no layers between the people who build Huup and the people who use it.
We're hiring engineers, designers and customer success people across the UK and Turkey.
