Huup replaces the spreadsheet-and-two-tabs setup with one workspace for listings, stock, orders and dispatch. The fastest way to trust it is to take a single real order all the way through on day one.
Create your workspace
- Sign up at app.huup.com. The trial runs 14 days and does not ask for a card.
- Set your company details and base currency. These drive invoice formatting and how channel prices are converted.
- Create your first warehouse under Warehouses. Even if you ship from one room, Huup needs a stock location to allocate against.
Connect one channel first
Resist the urge to connect everything at once. Connect the channel that carries most of your volume, confirm its orders and stock look right, then add the rest — problems are far easier to spot with one channel in the picture.
- Open Integrations → Marketplace and click Add New Marketplace.
- Pick your channel and complete its authorisation. Most channels use OAuth, so you sign in on their side and approve access — there are no keys to copy.
- Huup pulls your existing listings and recent orders. On a large catalogue the first pull takes a few minutes.
Nothing is published without you. Connecting a channel reads your data. Huup only writes back — stock, price, listings — once you make that change in Huup.
Check the numbers before you rely on them
- Open Inventory and confirm on-hand quantities match what is physically in the warehouse.
- Open Orders and check that the last few channel orders arrived with the right items, addresses and totals.
- Fix any SKU mismatches now. A SKU that differs between channel and warehouse is the single most common cause of later trouble.
Close the loop on one order
Pick a real order, mark it dispatched in Huup with a carrier and tracking number, and confirm the channel shows it as shipped. Once that round trip works, you can move your day-to-day into Huup with confidence.
