From sign-up
to first listing.

The shortest path that still proves the platform works: one channel, one warehouse, one product, one order.

● About 5 minutes to set up● No card required

Create the workspace

  1. Sign up at app.huup.com — 14 days, no card.
  2. Set company details and base currency. Base currency is what reporting rolls up to; channel prices stay in their own currency.

Add a warehouse

Stock has to live somewhere before it can be allocated, so create a warehouse before connecting a channel. A complete postal address matters here — carriers reject label requests built on a partial ship-from address.

Connect a channel

  1. Open Integrations → Marketplace → Add New Marketplace.
  2. Choose your channel and complete its authorisation flow.
  3. Wait for the first import. Huup pulls existing listings and recent orders; a large catalogue takes a few minutes.
Reading is not writing. Connecting reads your channel data. Nothing is pushed back until you change something in Huup.

Publish one product

  1. Create or open a product and set its SKU, price and stock.
  2. Add a listing for your connected channel. Required category attributes are pulled in live, so the form tells you what is missing before you submit.
  3. Submit and watch the submission status. Channels validate asynchronously — Huup tracks it through to live or shows the channel's error.

Close the loop

Take one real order through pick, label and dispatch, then confirm the channel shows it as shipped with tracking. That round trip is what tells you the setup is correct.
