Connect
your first marketplace.

What each channel asks for, what Huup pulls on the first sync, and how to avoid the mapping problems that surface a week later.

Every channel connects from Integrations → Marketplace → Add New Marketplace. What differs is the authorisation step and what the channel exposes afterwards.

How each channel authorises

eBaySeller account OAuth

Sign in on eBay and approve. Business policies and category aspects come across with the connection.

AmazonSelling Partner OAuth

Authorise from Seller Central. FBA, FBM and multi-marketplace accounts are supported.

OTTO MarketPartner Connect app

Install the Huup app in OTTO Partner Connect and authorise. No keys to copy.

TemuSeller Center authorisation

Authorise Huup from Temu Seller Center. Grant every permission the screen asks for, because the set is fixed at that moment.

OnBuyAPI keys

A two-step key setup covering the UK site and OnBuy's European country sites.

EtsyEtsy OAuth

Standard OAuth, with personalisation fields supported natively.

Alibaba.comB2B account

Wholesale-oriented: MOQ, tiered pricing and RFQ rather than single-unit retail.

What the first sync brings in

  • Existing listings, matched to Huup products by SKU where possible.
  • Recent orders, with items, addresses and payment status.
  • Channel reference data — categories, attributes, approved brands and shipping profiles.

Get SKU mapping right on day one

Huup matches a channel listing to a product by SKU. If a channel listing carries a different SKU — or none — it arrives unmatched and stock will not sync to it. Fixing this at import is minutes of work; fixing it after an oversell is not.

Connect one channel at a time. Confirm stock and orders look correct on the first channel before adding the second. Two channels connected at once make it much harder to tell which one produced a wrong number.
