Check the connection first
Open Integrations → Marketplace and look at the channel's status. An authorisation that has lapsed or been revoked on eBay's side is the most common cause, and it stops both directions at once. Reconnect and the backlog resumes on the next run.
Orders are not arriving
- Confirm the order is actually visible in Seller Hub — orders awaiting payment are not always released to the API yet.
- Check whether the order sits outside the window Huup polls. Very old orders are not pulled retroactively by design.
- If one order is missing but others arrived, the problem is that order, not the connection — open it in Huup and look at the ingest error.
Stock or price changes are not landing
- SKU mismatch — the SKU in Huup must match the custom label on the eBay listing exactly, including spaces and case.
- Listing ended — an ended or out-of-stock-controlled listing will not accept updates.
- Submission rejected — open the product's submission history; eBay's own error text is recorded there.
A burst of changes can be throttled. eBay applies call limits per account per day. After a bulk edit, updates queue and drain rather than failing — give it time before assuming the connection is broken.
Still stuck
Send us the SKU, the eBay item number and roughly when you expected the change to land, at [email protected]. Those three things let us find the exact submission in the logs.
