Sign in to your eBay seller account
- Make sure you have an active eBay seller account on the marketplace you want to sell on (ebay.com, ebay.co.uk, ebay.de, etc.).
- Confirm you have at least one business policy set (payment, return, shipping) configured in Seller Central — eBay listings require these.
Connect eBay in Huup
- Sign in to app.huup.com.
- Open Integrations → Marketplace, click Add New Marketplace, pick eBay.
- Choose your eBay marketplace (US, UK, DE, AU, IT, FR, ES, etc.) and click Connect to eBay.
- A popup opens to eBay Seller Central. Sign in and authorise Huup. You'll be redirected back automatically.
- Huup imports your business policies, listings and the last 30 days of orders.

Common issues
"Authorisation failed" after the popup
Make sure you signed in to the eBay account that matches the marketplace you picked. eBay accounts are region-bound — a .com account cannot authorise .de unless explicitly linked.
Listings fail to publish: "missing business policy"
Open Seller Central → Account → Business Policies and confirm a payment, return and shipping policy are saved. Then click Sync policies in Huup → Integrations → Marketplace → eBay.
Orders not coming through
Allow up to 10 minutes after first connection. Check Activity → Health — if eBay API shows Unhealthy, contact support.
Stock and price changes not reflected on eBay
Check the listing's last sync time in Catalog → Listings → eBay. Make sure sync is not paused. Trigger a manual full sync as a recovery step.
Token expired notice
eBay OAuth tokens last 18 months and Huup refreshes them automatically. If you ever see a token-expired banner, click Re-connect and walk through the popup once more.
