Inventory
and planning.

Counts, reorder suggestions and purchase orders — keeping the right stock without tying up cash.

Counts

Counts can cover a location, a zone or a filtered set of SKUs. Variance is shown against the system figure as you enter, and posting writes adjustments with a reason code. Rolling counts by zone are usually better than one annual stocktake — the variances stay small enough to investigate.

Reorder suggestions

Huup learns sales velocity per SKU and combines it with supplier lead time and minimum order quantity to suggest what to buy. The output is a list you approve, not an order it places for you.

  • Velocity is measured from actual sales across every connected channel.
  • Lead time comes from the supplier record, so keep it current — it moves suggestions more than anything else.
  • Incoming stock on open purchase orders is netted off before suggesting more.
Stale supplier data produces confident wrong answers. A lead time set once at onboarding and never revised will keep suggesting the wrong quantities. Revisit lead times when a supplier's performance changes.

Purchase orders

Raise a PO from a suggestion or from scratch. Ordered quantities show as incoming, and receiving a PO moves stock into on hand at the receiving location. Partial receipts are supported — the remainder stays incoming.
