OnBuy
in two steps.

Get your API keys from the OnBuy Seller Control Panel, paste them into Huup, done. Huup discovers the rest automatically — sites, seller info, delivery templates.

Get your OnBuy API keys

  1. Sign in to the OnBuy Seller Control Panel.
  2. Open Inventory → Integrations → OnBuy API (direct link).
  3. Copy the Consumer Key and Secret Key. Use Test keys while setting up, then switch to Live when ready.
Don't see the API page? Raise a ticket from the OnBuy Seller Control Panel asking for API access — OnBuy enables it on request.

Add OnBuy to Huup

  1. Sign in to app.huup.com.
  2. From the side menu open Integrations → Marketplace, then click Add New Marketplace.
  3. Pick OnBuy from the list.
  4. Fill in:
    • Mode — Test while setting up, Live when going live.
    • Consumer Key — your ck_test_… or ck_live_… value.
    • Secret Key — your sk_test_… or sk_live_… value.
  5. Click Verify Credentials, then Save & Connect.

Huup runs a verification request against OnBuy to confirm the keys work, then activates the connection.

What syncs after you connect

Catalog Products & listings

Publish from Huup with full variant support. Re-publishing the same SKU updates the listing in place.

Stock & price Real-time sync

Stock and price changes in Huup are batched and pushed to OnBuy every minute, with quota-aware rate limiting.

Orders Ingestion & dispatch

New orders arrive every 5 minutes. Dispatch, tracking revisions, cancellations and refunds flow back to OnBuy.

Shipping Delivery templates

Your OnBuy delivery templates are imported on connect, available as shipping policies when you publish listings.

Common issues

"Invalid credentials" on save

Copy the keys again from the OnBuy panel. Make sure the keys you copied match the Mode you picked (Live keys for Live mode, Test keys for Test mode).

Listing publish fails with "delivery_template_id missing"

Make sure you have at least one delivery template configured on OnBuy. Click Sync delivery templates under Integrations → Marketplace → OnBuy in Huup.

Stock and price changes not reflected on OnBuy

Check the listing's last sync time in Catalog → Listings → OnBuy. Make sure sync is not paused. Trigger a manual full sync as a recovery step.

Orders not coming through

Orders ingest every 5 minutes; allow 10 minutes after first connection. Check Activity → Health — if OnBuy API is shown as Unhealthy, contact support.

Buyer messages

OnBuy does not expose a public messaging API, so OnBuy buyer messages are not shown in Huup. Reply directly in the OnBuy Seller Control Panel.
