How the subscription works
- Plans are billed on a recurring subscription through Stripe. Card details are held by Stripe, never by Huup.
- Pricing is driven by order volume rather than by how many channels or warehouses you connect.
- The 14-day trial needs no card. Adding one during the trial moves you onto a paid plan at the end of it.
Invoices and payment method
Open Settings → Billing for your current plan, payment method and every past invoice. Invoices are issued by Huup Ltd and carry the company details shown in our legal notice.
AI credits
AI features — reply drafting, listing copy and similar — are billed as prepaid credits rather than folded into the subscription. Credits are consumed per use and never auto-charge: when the balance runs out the AI features pause until you top up, so a busy week cannot produce a surprise bill.
Cancelling. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Export anything you need before that date — see the DPA for what happens to your data afterwards.
