Check your Temu shop
- Make sure you have an active Temu seller account with a live shop. Huup connects to Temu's European seller platform.
- Create at least one shipping template in Seller Center. Temu refuses to publish a product when the shop has no template, so this has to exist before the first listing goes out.
- Register your brands in Seller Center. Temu only accepts brands already approved on your shop, and the name has to match the approved one exactly. Huup can map a product to an approved brand but cannot create one for you.
- Check your shop type. A standard shop may list new goods only. Refurbished, made-to-order and second-hand items need the matching shop tag from Temu first.
Connect Temu in Huup
- Sign in to app.huup.com.
- Open Integrations → Marketplace, click Add New Marketplace, pick Temu.
- Click Connect to Temu. Sign in to Temu Seller Center and authorise Huup.
- Grant everything the authorisation screen asks for. Temu fixes the permission set at the moment you authorise, so anything left out means authorising again later.
- Huup links your shop and starts importing your orders and existing products.
What syncs after you connect
Products publish with category, attributes, variants and images from your Huup catalogue, including K-Type vehicle fitment for automotive parts.
Temu reads the same stock pool as your other channels, so a sale on either side draws down the same quantity.
Orders import with line items, addresses and status. Dispatch in Huup pushes carrier and tracking number back to Temu.
Return requests and cancellations flow into the same screens as every other channel, carrying Temu's own reason codes and deadlines.
Temu settlement reports are pulled and matched back to orders, so fees and payouts reach your cross-channel margin reporting.
Temu grants price API access shop by shop. Price sync runs only where your shop holds that permission.
Common issues
Product published but not sellable
Temu accepts a product and then restricts the sale when compliance data is missing: country of origin, certification, GPSR details, size chart or tax code. Huup shows the compliance state per product. Fill the missing field and resubmit.
Publish rejected: no shipping template
Temu will not publish a product until the shop has at least one shipping template. Create one in Seller Center, then publish again from Huup.
Brand not accepted
Temu only accepts brands already approved on your shop, matched by exact name. Register the brand in Seller Center first, then map the product to it in Huup and resubmit.
Bulk publish stops partway
Temu caps how many products a shop can list per day, and the cap differs by shop. Huup queues the remainder and carries on the next day rather than failing the batch.
Compatible-vehicle list is empty
Fitment comes from K-Type references. A product with no K-Type data on the Huup side publishes without a compatible-vehicle list. Run compatibility matching on the product, then republish.
Connection expired
Temu authorisations expire and cannot be renewed in the background. When that happens Huup flags the connection as needing attention. Click Re-connect and authorise again in Seller Center.
A new order has not appeared
Temu holds an order in a pending state until it is confirmed, and pending orders are not brought into the fulfilment queue. The order appears once Temu marks it processable.
Prices are not syncing
Temu treats price as a restricted API and grants it shop by shop. Without that permission Huup leaves price to Seller Center. Ask Temu's business team for price access at store level, then re-connect in Huup.
